Canon PowerShot G7X II

G7X mark II memiliki beberapa peningkatan penting yaitu processor yang lebih cepat (DIGIC 7), design yang lebih ergonomis dan praktis.

Dengan processor baru, G7X mampu memotret berturut-turut secepat 8 fps baik dengan format JPG maupun RAW. Processor baru juga meningkatkan kualitas gambar terutama di warna dan reduksi noise saat mengunakan ISO tinggi. Autofokus tracking juga ditingkatkan kinerjanya.Di bagian desain juga ada perubahan yang positif. Di bagian depan kamera kini dibalut dengan pegangan karet, bagian belakang juga ada tempat untuk memarkir jempol, dan layar LCDnya kini bisa ditekuk 45 derajat keatas untuk foto dengan sudut tinggi (high angle).

Canon G7X II juga memiliki fitur baru video time-lapse, yang memudahkan untuk membuat video time-lapse. Penyuka foto panning juga akan terbantu dengan adanya mode pengaturan otomatis dan stabilizer vertikal. Juga baru di G7X II adalah in-camera RAW Processing, yang memungkinkan untuk membuat berbagai foto JPG dengan setting yang berbeda-beda dan kemudian bisa dikirim langsung via WiFi ke ponsel. Yang sama dengan Canon G7 seri pertama adalah lensa dan sensor yang sama yaitu 20.1 MP dengan jenis sensor 1 inci dan lensa ekuivalen 24-100mm f/1.8-2.8.
